Deviation is the guesser's win-rate minus the 50% coin-flip baseline. Above zero: the Box Holder leaks tells and the Guesser reads it. Below zero: the Guesser is being talked into the wrong answer — worse than flipping a coin. Only standard-conditions rounds (3 turns, temperature 0.7) count; forced-default rounds are excluded.
